  • What are my payment options?

  • How do I place and order?(GRAND BAHAMA)
    PAYMENTS VIA BANK TRANSFER: 1. Confirm to us via email lustarush@gmail.com the products you wish to order. 2. Include your name, island and phone contact 3. We will email you a confirmation of order after which you may proceed and complete the bank transfer. 4. Please forward to us via email a screenshot of the completed bank transfer. 5. Scheduled pickup is at DW's Hair Studio (New Location) downtown, Freeport. Look for the door "Cloud 9", facing the parking lot between the bus stop and Burger King. PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL - are processed directly through our website. Please fill in the necessary information and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order. - Scheduled pickup is at DW's Hair Studio - see New Location above Special Note: Purchase any of our core products online and pickup next day. Custom Blend orders processing time remains the same and will be available for pickup at DW's Hair Studio within a week after placing order.
  • How does shipping to Nassau and the other Bahama Islands work?
    PAYMENTS VIA BANK TRANSFER: 1. Confirm to us via email lustarush@gmail.com the products you wish to order. 2. Include your name, island and phone contact. 3. We will email you a confirmation of order after which you may proceed and complete the bank transfer. 4. Please forward to us via email a screenshot of the completed bank transfer. Shipping to Nassau SELF PICKUP - Order will leave Freeport on Thursday and customer would pickup from The Mail Boat on Friday. Cost $7 (small packages) - Please be aware you must confirm your name and phone contact before we can ship your package. Shipping to The Family Islands - Orders are shipped out on Thursdays via The Mailboat to Nassau. - Please confirm to us the vessel you wish your package to be shipped with from Nassau to your island. - Shipping Cost to Nassau $7 (small packages) - Please be aware you must confirm your name and phone contact before we can ship your package. Payments via PAYPAL - Shipping same as above.
  • Can I get a refund?
    Every effort is made to ensure your purchase is securely packaged for shipping. If a product arrives damaged please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the matter. We want you to have the best experience possible.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We are exploring international shipping options and will update once available.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Once an order is placed processing begins immediately. Therefore, we are unable to accept changes or cancellation to an order.
  • When do the products expire?
    To maintain your skin health and safety we operate using a small batch system. This ensures our products are as fresh as possible and with the addition of a broad spectrum preservative system your skin is truly well protected. As our products are Infused with an abundance of active ingredients, we do recommend opening/using within 3-6 months.
  • Will your products bleach my skin?
    We do not include harmful bleaching agents in any of our products.
